Häälestamiseks on parim arvutikaart ja Crazyscan. Kui on lukustunud näitab täpselt ja BER ka näitab.
Selle järgi häälestasingi.

Astra 19,2 Grad Ost. Die Empfangsdaten dafür sind laut SES: Kanal 1037, Frequenz 11,023 GHz horizontal, SR 2200, FEC 5/6. Beginnen soll die Übertragung eine halbe Stunde vor dem Start.

Eine wichtige Entscheidung in dem Streitfall wurde jedoch mittlerweile an anderer Stelle getroffen: Am 30. August 2013 erwirkte Media Broadcast vor dem Landgericht Bonn eine Einstweilige Verfügung gegen Eutelsat. Demnach ist es dem Satellitenbetreiber untersagt, vom 4. Oktober an die Nutzung der betreffenden Frequenzen auf der Position 28,5 Grad Ost durch SES zu blockieren. Wie Eutelsat am Montagmorgen mitteilte, werde man sich an diese Verfügung halten, jedoch nicht von seinem eigenen Rechtsanspruch auf die Kapazitäten abweichen.

SES-Sprecher Markus Payer teilte auf Nachfrage von DIGITAL FERNSEHEN mit, dass man aufgrund der Zusage von Eutelsat davon ausgehe, dass die geplanten Umstellungen am 4. Oktober koordiniert verlaufen werden. Überdies versicherte Payer, dass man bei SES trotz des verzögerten Starts von Astra 2E über ausreichend Kapazitäten auf 28,2 Grad Ost/ 28,5 Grad Ost verfüge, um alle Frequenzen ab dem 4. Oktober zu bedienen.

* Eutelsat announced that it had lost a round but would continue the fight.

*Luxembourg-based SES said it expects to begin broadcasting in the frequencies at 28.5 degrees east as of Oct. 4 on its own satellite and to stop leasing them from Paris-based Eutelsat.

Meil kahjuks pole sellest rõõmu. Eutelsati signaal on täna siin oluliselt tugevam, kui Astra1N oma peale 4. oktoobrit.

Viimati luges mul 110 cm Triaxiga 28,2 pealt 626 tele- ja 85 raadiokanalit sisse, seda kaarti vaadates tundub, et tuleb suur vähenemine.

see Astra 28E 2F EU-Beam-i kaart on ka ainuke info mille järgi hetkel orienteeruda, mis tegelikult saab näeme oktoobris..

,aga kuna 1N "siirdatakse" 19E peale ,siis see info on kasutu...
