Which Panasonic VIERA Smart TVs is the Netflix App compatible with?
The Netflix App is available on the following Panasonic Smart TV and Blu-Ray players:

- 2015 Panasonic TV Models:

o CS600Z Series, CS610Z Series, CS650Z Series, CX610Z Series, CX640Z Series, CX700Z Series and CX800Z Series.

- 2014 Panasonic TV Models:

o X940Z Series, AX900 Series, AX800 Series, AX670 Series, AS800 Series, AS700 Series, AS670 Series, AS640 Series, AS630 Series and AS610 Series.

- 2013 Panasonic TV Models:

o ST60 Series, VT60 Series, E6 Series, ET60 Series, DT60 Series, WT60 Series and WT600 Series.

- 2012 Panasonic TV Models:

o E5 Series, ET5 Series, ET50 Series, DT50 Series, WT50 Series, UT50 Series, ST50 Series, GT50 Series and VT50 Series.

Where can I access the Netflix App on my Panasonic Smart TV?
The Netflix App icon should automatically appear on your compatible Panasonic Smart TV model. If the Netflix App icon does not appear on the ‘VIERA Connect’ Home Screen, you may need to download it from the ‘App Marketplace’.

For 2012/2013 Panasonic Smart TVs: If the Netflix App isn’t showing in the ‘App Marketplace’, you will need to do a ‘Shipping Condition Reset’. This is similar to re-booting a PC.

How-to do a ‘Shipping Condition Reset’:

1. Press the ‘Menu’ Button on your VIERA TV Remote
2. Go to the ‘Set Up’ menu
3. Search for the ‘System Menu’ option
4. Select ‘Shipping Condition’ and follow the on-screen instructions.

Please note: When carrying out a ‘Shipping Condition Reset’, your TV will re-tune its channels.

Once it has done the auto-tune, the next step will be setting up the Internet connection. You will need to confirm your encryption key for your broadband modem, which may not necessarily be the same as you Wi-Fi password.

My Panasonic VIERA TV model isn’t listed above - can I still access Netflix?
You can stream Netflix from any Internet-connected device that offers the Netflix App such as:

- 2015 Panasonic Smart Blu-Ray Products:

o DMP-BD81
o DMP-BD83
o DMP-BD91
o DMP-BDT170
o DMP-BDT360
o DMP-BDT370
o DMP-BDT460


- Gaming Consoles

Does Netflix offer High Definition / 4K Content?
Yes. Netflix can stream content in High-Definition and Ultra High-Definition (4K). CLICK HERE for more information on Netflix’s High-Definition subscription plan.

For High-Definition and Ultra High-Definition / 4K content the following Internet connection speeds are recommended:

- HD Quality: Minimum Broadband Internet connection speed required is 5.0Mbps
- Ultra HD / 4K Quality: Minimum Internet connection speed required is 25.0Mbps via Fibre Ultra-Fast Broadband (UFB).

Can I view Netflix’s 4K Content on my Panasonic VIERA Smart TV?
Yes. Netflix’s 4K Content will be available on the following Panasonic VIERA 4K Smart TV and Smart 4K Blu-Ray players:

The picture quality whilst streaming movies and TV shows may vary on devices. Picture quality can be affected by a variety of factors including your location, the speed and bandwidth of your Internet connection, and the number of devices accessing your Internet connection whilst you are streaming Netflix. You will need to contact your Internet provider for queries on your broadband connection or streaming performance.

Multiple devices using your Internet service reduces the amount of bandwidth available to your Panasonic product running Netflix, this can affect the streaming video quality.

Streaming 4K content uses more bandwidth than streaming in standard definition. Please check with your Internet provider for information on possible Internet data charges, as you are responsible for all Internet access charges.


Can I connect my TV to my Broadband Modem to access Netflix?
To ensure best video streaming performance, it is recommended to hardwire your Panasonic device to your Broadband modem using an Ethernet cable. This eliminates environmental and hardware factors that affect wireless connection speeds.

If you are unable to hardwire your Ethernet connection, we recommend investing in a good-quality wireless broadband modem that has multiple aerials and extended range functionality. The modems supplied by your ISP often lack the features and functionality to allow optimisation for wireless streaming. There are Broadband modems on the market that are specifically engineered for working with Ultra HD content and services such as Netflix.

Mul on ST60 ja sellega oli app algusest peale sees, aga ei töötanud. Nüüd, eelmine nädal, peale uudist proovisin ja hakkas tööle - ketras veidi ja küsis sisse logimist. Tegin proovikonto ära ja töötab teleka peal väga ilusti.
Algul kui vaatama hakkad, siis on veidi aega 480 peal reso, veidi aja pärast juba 720 ja veel natukese aja pärast juba 1080, seega pilt igatahes OK.

Step 1: - Set the source of the television to “TV” by using the Source button on the remote.

Step 5: - You should now begin the on-screen setup that you completed when you first bought the television. To make things easier, your previously entered information should be retained.

Step 6: - Continue through the on-screen setup until you arrive at the Smart Hub Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy page in the on-screen setup. DON’T PRESS THE OK BUTTON YET.

Step 7: - Before doing anything else, and with the Smart Hub Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy page up on the TV press the following buttons in sequential order.

Step 8: - The list of various countries should appear. Select your country from the list and then click to continue.

Step 9: - Your country app store has now been changed, but you must complete the rest of the setup procedure.
I recommend rebooting the television and agreeing to any further smart hub updates. It is up to you to choose which additional apps you wish to install.
Once this is complete, your TV will have effectively a dual personality. All normal TV operations will remain as it was, so your cable, satellite or terrestrial feeds from your local country will not change. However, your television’s smart hub will now offer widgets from a second, alternative country. In most cases, this will include on-demand or catch-up services, but every now and again, you may come across a widget that offers live television as well.
All you may need to do now is set up a smart DNS or VPN service to unblock any apps that are restricted to a specific country. Because the Samsung Smart TVs do not have a facility to directly configure a VPN, it is recommended to choose a smart DNS service.

Otsustasin kasutada smart DNS-i. Klikkisin orig postituses olevale reklaamile, sealt selgus, et on mingi tasuline teenus. Liikudes nati leheküljel ringi leidsin õpetuse kuidas seadistada smart DNS-i telekal. Millegipärast olid sinna lisatud ka riikide DNSid, proovisin ja mulle jäi mulje, et töötab.

Following setup instructions is only needed one time. Once you finish the initial setup you won't be needing to take the same steps anytime. Your connection will work automatically *anytime!

On some Samsung Smart TV devices unfortunately BBC iPlayer will not work. Samsung locks down various apps by the TV model number. So for example the model numbers out of UK can not use BBC iPlayer. Also the same case with VUDU. It's not available in the apps out of US tv models. You may be able to download the apps but they won't stream/work.

We are very sorry but hence it's a hardware limitation by Samsung itself there isn't much we can do about it.

1. Press Menu on your Samsung Smart TV remote.

2. From this settings menu Scroll Down to Network.

3. Select Network Settings.

4. Your TV or Blueray player will show you how it's connected to the internet. Press Start.

5. Select Your Internet Connection. If you select Wireless network and make sure to enter your correct wireless password to connect.

6. Your device will show that it's tested and connected to the internet properly. Now Select IP Settings.

7. Scroll Down to the DNS Settings and enter Smart DNS Proxy Servers IP from following and Press OK. Select the server IP closest to your physical location:

8. It will test the connection. Press Next to save the settings and exit the menu.

Now restart your TV and it will start using Smart DNS Proxy.

* Remember whenever your PC/Router IP changes, our service will stop working for you. You will need to LOGIN to Smart DNS Proxy. So our system will check your IP address and add your new IP to our database. Then you will be able to continue using our service.
